Please note that to participate and purchase tickets for Split the Pot Ontario you must be physically located inside the province of Ontario at the time of purchase. If you are vacationing or away outside of the province you will be blocked from purchasing.
If you are inside the province and still having difficulty purchasing please see below.
Occasionally network providers (internet or cellular) will provide an inaccurate location, outside of the purchasing area, from which you are located.
If you're in the correct State/Province but still having trouble:
- Enable Location Services: Make sure your device and browser have location services turned on.
- Try a Different Network: Your internet or cellular provider may route your connection through another region. Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or use mobile data.
- Clear Cookies & Cache: Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, or try using an incognito/private browsing window.
- Use a Different Device or Browser: If possible, try completing the purchase on another device or browser.
